One of the various brews available as a firkin ale and dispensed using a hand pump.
Appeared a dark orange-brown color with a massive head that slowly gave way and remained a thin film throughout the session leaving behind some lacing. Aromas of malt, earth, and hops seemed to come out. The taste was as might be expected for this style with subtle fruit flavors in the background and a well balanced hop/malt profile. The hops did seem to jump out a bit more than malt giving it a nice bitter finish. Creamy texture with refreshing carbonation. An enjoyable beer with enough flavor and depth to be enjoyed again and again.
