Pours a clearish straw with a scummy finger of beige head, little lacing, head totally disappears (3.5). Smell is incredibly doughy: yeast, pepper and some booze (2.5). The flavor is worse, antiseptic, sticky yeast muck, generally abrasive tasting and unenjoyable (2.25). Light carbonation, rubbing alcohol dryness, lingering dirty yeast aftertaste (2.75). Generally speaking, this beer is a mess. I was able to drink it down, no drain pour, not infected. But I wouldn't do it again. The shit some brewers can get away with in Quebec, I swear... (2.25)

Nice 1-finger white on this golden beer with lots of carbonation.
Lots of spices in the nose especially black pepper. Also belgian yeasts are present.
The main thing I notice in the mouth is a taste of pears. Spices are there also. Not bad.
Really dry with a good carbonation in the mouth.
