Pours a hazy, pale golden color with a frothy white head that leaves good sized chunks of lacing.
Smells of bright fruits and spicy yeast.
Tastes of the bright fruits layered with earthy and spicy yeast. Fruits lead off with notes of apple, white grapes, and pear with a moderate amount of sweetness. This gives way to some sharp wheat notes. Spicy yeast adds next with notes of clove and pepper. Some earthy hops are also present to round everything out. Finishes somewhat dry with a lingering sweet fruit note.
Mouthfeel is medium with a smooth amount of carbonation.
Overall, this is tasty. I'd like it to be a little less sweet, but it is still good as is.
