Bottle 0.75L. (2013)
Hazy golden body with a small, frothy, white head, mostly diminishing but with some lacing.
Hoppy (citrus) and yeasty (vegetables) aroma with some spicey notes.
Sweet flavour with important acidic notes.
Light-to-medium body with an oily texture; soft carbonation; some astringency in the finish.

A clear, copper beer with some easy going carbonation and a settling head.
Smell is hoppy with light caramel notes and some iron-like whiffs. Hops might give some flowery notes.
Taste is light malty some bitterness, but this is very light. The yeast adds little character, meaning the beer is clean, only adding a pinch of solvent and a faint fruitiness. Body is thin.

33cl capped bottle purchased at The Bier Koning in Amsterdam, NL, 4/21/08.
A- Transparent for lack of better words, but with a definite haze about it. Pale yellow in color, big head head, excellent retention around the sides of the glass.
S- Lemony with a good hop character, the malt acts as a good sturdy base for the nose.
T- Pilsner like initial bite, good hop bitterness, over all great hop/malt balance. Some hay, citrus fruit, and bread. No alcohol is present.
M- Light with 'sparkling water' like carbonation.
D- This one goes down easy and sits well.
