Raspberry "flavoured" beer; I'm not too sure what that entails but I'm slightly scared. Pours the oddest light shade of watermelon-Jolly-Rancher with almost no head.

A friend I split this with called it first: this smells like raspberry Jello, though before it's set. Just the water with Jello powder mixed in. Nothing more, nothing less. I'm not saying raspberry Jello smells bad...this is a "beer".

Taste is pretty much the same, though raspberry Jello is much more intensely-flavoured. Oddly I think it actually tastes more like strawberry Jello. Did they mix up the flavouring vials? I'm sure artificial raspberry syrup and artificial strawberry syrup look pretty similar.

Is feel worth mentioning?

This beer seems like the worst of both worlds between a light fruit beer and a raspberry cooler. Who would want to drink this? A handful of this brewery's efforts had started to win my respect but this one just destroyed any of it in one fell swoop. What is the idea behind this beer? Who would enjoy it?

Bottle: Poured light reddish color ale with a small bubbly head with minimal retention and not much lacing. Aroma of fake raspberry syrup is kind of gross. Taste is also a mix between some gross raspberry syrup with unbalanced grainy malt. This is a lot worse then I had expected and not something I will seek out again.
