Medium: On tap at the brewery in a pils glass.
Opacity: Light haze.
Color: Straw with very good activity.
Head: Light foamy half a finger.
Legs: Okay.
Smell: Grains/Floral/Minerals.
Taste: Barley/Caramel/Lemon.
Feel: Noble hops/Bready/Leafy.
Body: Medium to full slick.
Carbonation: Good crisp.
Overall: Not quite a true Kolsch, almost as complex, but closer to a pale ale. Not too bad quality.
