Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy yellow color ale with nice white foamy head. Aroma of sour notes with light oak and funky ester is very enjoyable. Taste is also a nice mix between some light oak notes with some funky ester with some tart notes and a dry mineral finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable sour with nice mix of complexity and drinkability.

Débrébue is not a real french word, it's a twist of the word "dépourvue" meaning devoid. Comes from a 90s Québec TV show named Taquinons la planète, said by a drunk guy interviewed by Jacques Chevalier caught "deboib". Clear to cloudy deep golden color with a 3 finger white head, lasting around 10 minutes, with average legs but strong swirl reaction. Flavors of lemon, cheese, wheat, tangerines, peach, wild yeast, honey, clove, and floral hops. Silky smooth medium body with long sharp crispy carbonation. Medium strength finish, moderate clove style spiciness with a light tropical feel and flowery dry hops. Rich bardyard effect being quite cheesy. Really pleasant to drink, super fresh, with perfect standard intensity. Overall superb quality craft.
