Bottle: Poured a yellow/golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of flowery notes with some spelt notes also noticeable. Taste is a good mxi of spelt and other ancient grain cereals with some strong flowery notes and light residual sugar notes. Body is above average for style with good carbonation. Solid saison with a different take then what I am used to.
