Lemony and bitter, light and sudsy. Aromatic with unusual fruity notes and a limey smell. There is a grapey flavor with the usual grapefruit peel. Some sharp piney taste and a bitter aftertaste.
Tangy and quite drinkable, but it's a serious IPA with an overwhelming bitterness. I think this mystery hop might have some potential, used with a little more discretion. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at New Seasons Market in Portland.
