I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the brewery taproom.
Appearance: light golden hue with a moderate haze and effervescence. Nice.
Smell: wheaty and lightly sweet with a dash of sour. I like it.
Taste: light and wheaty with just a tiny dash of sour. Not really sour enough to be a Gose, but otherwise a good beer.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a big carbonation and a good creaminess. Good.
Overall: this is a good and highly quaffable wheat beer, even if it's not sour enough to be a Gose.
