Pours golden orange with a frothy off white head. The smell is nice, hoppy, with some wheat notes. The sweetness and alcohol are both noticeable. The taste is sweet, not much hop coming through for a DIPA, but the high ABV is very apparent. A medium mouthfeel, to me it is smooth for the high ABV, but not something I would want to drink regularly due to the sweetness. Overall a decent beer.

Also very surprised by this low rating.
A: poured into snifter. Cloudy deep yellow copper color. One inch head.
S: you can smell the hops first and foremost.
T: citrusy his flavor. Nice and strong and clean. Not balanced at all. Just hops powering through. Long lingering bitter finish.
M: medium body, good carbonation that shows up half a second after you sip.
O: If you're looking for a balanced IPA this isn't it. This is hop forward DIPA that will satisfy your bitterness cravings.

Poured out of a 22 into my English Pint glass. 92IBUs
A-Cloudy rust colored IPA with a slight off white head, yeast cake abounds.
S-Sweet maltiness, grassy hop character, lemon citrus & some pepper
T- Grassy hop character comes first then some lemon citrus and some pepper with a sweeter than normal malt backbone
M- Fairly thick and malty for a DIPA, but not out of style. just on the heavier side for the style
O- Not my favorite for the style, too heavy & a little too grassy on the hop character, maybe some rye would balance out the malt profile?
