Nice spicy beer, with fresh ginger taste. The can is 473 ml, and the black can have only a sticker glue to it. A nice and simple concept. All their can are the same except the sticker.

Real nice fruity taste. The beer is cloudy and have a attractive look. Thanks to my cousin for the tasting opportunity of this new beer to my profile.

The beer is pale yellow, veiled with a thin layer of foam head on top. Aroma of wheat, coriander and ginger. Medium intensity in the aroma. It smells some freshness. Taste is more intense. Slightly spicy (ginger). Finish is spicy. Not much bitterness in there too. Refreshing and a nice wheat summer ale. Thin body. So easy to drink...

Taster at the brew pub in levis, Quebec.
Aroma: sour and acidic. Ginger is very faint
Appearance: cloudy straw color. Nice white ring of bubbles that lingers.
Flavor: very acidic bite, mild wheat, no hops. An over the top sourness that is not enjoyable. Wonder how long this beer has been sitting or when they last cleaned the lines. Ginger is barely detectable.
Mouthfeel: spritzy, acidic.
Overall: wishing it had more ginger and less acid/sourness.

Another interesting entry in the CANQuest. The CAN's label says that it is an "[u]nfiltered wheat beer spiced with fresh ginger." CAN you dig it?

It could not wait to escape from its CAN when I cracked it open! My quick pour produced two fingers' worth of bubbly, off-white head with really low retention. Color was a hazy orangish-yellow, like fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice. Nose was an odd mixture of wheat beer and spice, but I may not have identified the latter as ginger without the label. Mouthfeel was thin, as wheat beers generally are, but with a definite ginger bite and dryness. It was like drinking ginger ale. Really. Man, it was highly refreshing on a hot, humid summer night. Finish was equally dry and refreshing. Not bad, but I probably CANnot drink more than a CAN or two at a time.
