Collaboration with New York Cork Report, a Thai-inspired Pale Ale. Citra hops, Lemongrass, Thai Basil, Lemon Basil, and Ginger.

Pours a goldish yellow color with a thin wisphy white head that laces the glass.
The nose is bright citrus, lemon rinds, lots of ginger, very herbal spice to it, basil and citrus hops. The flavor follows suit of the smell only with less herbal notes. Mostly lemon, ginger, citrus hops, a little bit of orange. The finish comes together nicely, clean crisp.
Overall, this doesn't make me think thai, but just ginger.
