We removed the seeds and roasted jalapeños just for this light and easy cream ale. Big aromas and flavors with an approachable level of heat. Enjoy!

Yucky, not for me. It smells to me like a jalapeño Cheeto but it’s not for me. I’m not big fan jalapeño I bought it just to try it.

12oz can canned 1/5/23 into a pint glass.
L: Pours clear light yellow caramel w a 1" soft, creamy white head w good retention, low fine carbo, random skeletal lacing.
S: Jalapeno pepper, earthy grains, a hint of malts.
T: Vinous jalapeno pepper, lightly sweet malts, grains, a very light sensation of bread, lightly grassy. Clean & simple.
F: Gently crisp then smooth & very creamy med-light bodied w a fast non-drying clean finish.
O: Almost no aftertaste but full pepper flavor up front. Not heat, just pepper meat. An EZ drinking simple tasting Cream Ale with big flavor and a soft & light feel. Fairly neutral and is very good in its style.

From a growler purchased at JJ's in Sioux Falls.
Very nice pepper beer. The jalepenos and tasty and add a touch of smoke as well....mild heat on the finish but nothing firey. I really like the base beer cream ale which is clean yet leans sweet. Makes for a nice blend with the peppers.
Pepper beers are not usually my thing but I really like this one. I'd recommend it if you want a subtle yet tasty pepper beer.

4 oz taster
Clear gold, minimal head.
Aroma is faint hay but nothing else.
Flavor is pepper forward (jalapeno?), followed by some sweet honey malt and graham, slight dry floral grass, and clove.
Feel is crisp, clinging, spicy, semi clean.
Overall not bad, not great, but easy to finish. My first Ben's beer. Promising.
