Hoppy + Flavorful + Citrusy
We combine four different hops during the brewing process - Centennial, Citra, Chinook, and Cashmere to create our own unique twist on the IPA style. Cashmere is grown locally at 6th Meridian Hop Farm in Yankton, SD. The ripe citrus and floral hop notes linger but are well-balanced by the smooth malty finish.

From a 12oz can:
Appearance: Clear gold, ok head.
Smell: Toffee.
Taste: Lots of toffee flavor to start and throughout. More caramel and toffee. Very slight citrus and some light tea bitterness.
Overall: A South Dakota IPA from a brewery I am not familiar with, decided to try drinking local since I'm in SD. Not really an American IPA in flavor, drinks more like an English pale or maybe IPA. Not bad but not what I was expecting.

Pours crystal clear and dark gold (but not trending to copper) with an excellent foamy white head that builds quickly but retains well. Very bubbly. Maybe a little light.
Slightly carameled malts and grassy/earthy hops on the hose, with a touch of resin.
Malty sweet on the tip of the tongue. Pale honey-kissed malts in midstream with some earth and grass. A little bit of a letdown on the finish--a bit more hopping would have been welcome.
Medium light and extremely drinkable for a non-session IPA.
Always love to try locally-sourced ingredients, and this is a decent IPA, but it's a little lacking on the bitterness and the flavor overall. About as drinkable a standard IPA as you will find, though.
