A really light golden in color, a little bit cloudy but not as much as one would expect from a Saison, pretty big white head.
A really like the nose of this beer, lots of yeasts and hops aromas.
Taste is similar to the nose, there's a nice hoppy flavor while being not too bitter, just enough.
This actually really reminds me of the Saison du Tracteur from Trou du Diable, which is definitely not a bad beer to be compared to.

6-month aged bottle, served in snifter glass.
Pours a slightly turbid/cloudy burnt orange color with a sturdy head of fine white foam.
Very pleasant aroma with bright and subtle hop notes accompanied by sweetness and yeast. Something unique sensed in the aroma.
Notable bitterness with mild sweetness and some yeast notes again.
Good mouthfeel from the higher carbonation level in this beer.
Overall: Solid farmhouse ale with some unique and pleasant aromas and nice carbonation.

Bottle: Poured a dirty cloudy beige color ale with a super large off-white foamy head with good retention and excellent lacing. Aroma of peppery yeast with rustic malt notes is quite pleasant. Taste is also dominated by rustic malt notes with strong peppery yeast notes. Body is full with excellent carbonation. Loads of character with quite the spicy yeast stain while keeping and excellent drinkability.
