330ml bottle. Footed Pokal glass. Pale gold, foggy appearance, headed by white froth. Strawberry, pale malt, floral aromas, candy hues, ginger & fresh bread to the nose. Malty & sugary upfront. Light body. Lively carbonation. Watery texture. Subtle spicy touch, cane sugar & honey notes, rounded by coriander & underneath citric hints. Sweet finish. Refreshing, no cloying & easy drinkable.

Golden hazy color with a low retention head.
Aroma of ginger, lemon, coriander and juniper (likely the hibiscus flower once there is no juniper in the recipe).
Flavor of juniper (again or the hibiscus flower), malt, lemon and ginger. Slightly citric with a dry aftertaste.
Worth the experience, though I don’t think I would go out to buy it again.

Served into a Unibroue tulip
A: Hazy golden with small white head, bubly lace. visible sediments in bottle and a lot of carbonation
S: Sweet, spices, flowers.
T: Awful, syrupy almost like cough syrup, taste like a cheap malt beverage (a la smirnoff ice).
What in the world take you to brew a beer this awful... had to throw have a beer, even my wife dissed it. Avoid at all cost
