Perfect setting farm to table beer for saison. The Ravenous Pig.
Pleased to add and to be 1st reviewer of Dovecote 6.5% 31 IBU Saison at the brewer.
a) too flat and pale
s) But aroma rises to par when warm
t) flavors are right on target
f) As is the feel
o) With tuning could be a flagship beer of this house.

Look: Golden with a tinge of orange, and a small white head for a few seconds.
Smell: Citrus and floral notes conquer all. A bit of sharp spice.
Taste: Floral, wheat, and a slight salty savoriness. Bitter on the back.
Mouthfeel: Velvet smooth, with more carbonation than normal for this thickness.
Overall: I can dig it as a summer session beer.
