The Ravenous Pig "Klingonberry Blood Ale"

Notes: "saison base with lingonberries, pomegranate, cranberries, cherries". Clear pink body beneath a short white head that drops quickly. Softly fruity and slightly peppery in the nose. The taste follows and displays fruitiness but without any of the fruits being truly distinctive - that's not a bad thing, just an observation. It's also subtly acidic with a moderate bitterness that leads to a dry finish. In the mouth it's medium-light in body and gently effervescent. Overall: charming and refreshing.
