Beautiful brassy to gold liquid with a light fluffy cap that only holds on for a little bit, settling into a thin film and solid white ring. Scattered lacing, low head retention.
Aroma is a smooth ride of slightly earthy citrus notes with a mild hit of pine resin.
Flavor starts off with a dry bitterness, the inside dried citrus rinds, some toasted grain, and an undertone of pine resin.
Mouth feels like a decent level of carbonation, even though it doesn’t look like it. Good heft. Finishes dry and bitter.
