On tap at Bootlegger's Brewery in Fullerton, CA.
Pours a hazy brown with a foamy dark khaki head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. A foam curtain of lace coats the glass on the drink down. Smell is of roasted malt, caramel, and slight char. Taste is much the same with a caramel flavor on the finish. There is a mild amount of roasty bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.
