Replicale beer for 2013 brewed by many Indiana breweries.
Draft into a tall pilsner type glass.
Medium yellow body with a decent head and nice lacing along with retention.
Nose is fruity. Not too aromatic but nice enough.
Taste is fruity with the Sorachi Ace hops coming through and some bitterness shining through. The peppercorns do show up and provide some ok flavor. Malty finish.
Lighter bodied.
