i havent had much from these guys, but i have liked the ones i have had. my fiancee was over the moon on this one, the cucumber flavor is strong but natural, it might be a little out of balance, but the sourness is mild and the fermentation is really clean. i also like that you can taste and feel the wheat in here, too often these sacrifice that for fruit or other adjunct, and the quality here radiates in its balance. the salt and the cucumber go so well together, i am now quite confident that i prefer a cucumber gose to a cucumber berliner, its like its missing without it for me now. i get the waxy outside and the watery fleshy seedy inside, its very real. the beer is light and crisp, quite dry, with expressive carbonation and a cool mineral finish with the salt coming to the fore and replacing the vegetable. i also appreciate the more mild acidity, this really is a refreshing meld of flavors, and i wouldnt want to sacrifice any drinkability to make it more tart. overall a very well made beer, but on the edge of over the top with the cucumber, you have to want that. better than many in its field (pun intended).
