Color is a lovely distinctly red-tinted amber, clear and sudsy in the Troubadour tulip. It's rather tart but doesn't take the skin off the teeth. I'm not sure I would guess watermelon, but it has a nice fruity aroma.
This is actually a very sippable Gose. The fruit flavor comes out as it warms. That's about all you can say about this clean but one-dimensional sharp brew. From the 12 oz can purchased at Barons Market.

This beer is not for everyone, but I love it. Pours a beautiful blush pink. Smells...slightly floral? Not getting much on the nose. Very tart, fruity, and addictingly salty. Tastes like a sour watermelon jolly rancher. Very dry, no lingering finish.
