Now, to end the night at Black Market. On to the beer:
This is as black as black can be. The tannned head holds up well, and provides a few strings of lace. The nose follows and gives off an interesting experience of tropical hoppy flavors, orange, mango, and don't forget about the chocolate syrup. I'm guessing we're looking at an Imperial India Dark Ale.
And it is. And it is tasty. Fun all over. An arsenal of hoppy flavors paint the canvas. Orange, pine, pineapple, that's delcious. Dashes of chocolate malt add the finising touches to this excellent beer. It's full bodied, rather smooth, and its alcohol is hidden very well.
A bit of a shock to come out of Black Market. I'm very impressed with Darth Cerevesiae.
