More amber than pale in the glass. Kind of a scratchy, brambly taste with more of the yeast flavors. Fairly flavorful but very tart. Nice aromatic flavors and a perfume nose, though not objectional. A faint plastic note and a fair bitterness.
A more austere kind of Wit but fairly pleasant. On tap at the brewery in Temecula.
