Belgian yeast in a common....will it work? Only one way to find out. On to the beer:
Looks copper colored with good formation of the head and good lace that sticks. Its nose smells like "spring", although light in intensty, amd it features light doses of pine, lemon, and minerals.
There's more to come. Fun tasting sparking lemon and lime notes are refreshing. Sourdough bread breaks itself into the mix. Minerals. The body is light, and is somewhat crisp.
It worked for me. This was fun to sample, and is a little different from "the pack".
