Copper colored with a fingernail of eggshell white around the rim and covering nearly all of the top. Light, soapy lacing is present. The aroma is of sourdough bread. I’m tasting doughy white bread. The mouth is easygoing and perhaps a touch thin.

Good People Oktoberfest has a medium, off-white head and a clear, amber appearance, with moderate lacing. The aroma is of white bread crust. The flavor is of that element, plus mild bitterness. G.P. Oktoberfest has a medium body and a crisp finish.

I'm not sure what's right and what's wrong here. It seems like a festbier rather than a marzen. Look is right, but smell is stinky. There is a strong orange/citrus flavor in the beer, which is not at all in style of Oktoberfest. I sure hope more people like this than I do.
