750ml bottle poured into a Founders Pokal glass. Body is jet black with a ring of mocha head and no lacing. Aroma is nutty, malty, and slightly boozy. Taste follows the nose with some barrel char, and it finishes sweet with a nutty aftertaste. Mouthfeel is a bit thin but clean. Overall there’s not much maple or rum, but this is still an enjoyable BA stout.
