Single finger thick white foam head on a cloudy pale gold body with strong lacing. Aroma is mild and is mostly of herbal notes. I also get some washed vegetables, cough syrup, Belgian yeast and oddly enough fresh printer paper. Flavors of Belgian yeast, sour grapes, lemongrass, ginger and herbal hops. Medium body and moderate carbonation. This isn't what I would call a good Saison but its not really a bad beer either.
