On tap at Iron Hill West Chester during the Belgium Comes to West Chester Event. Served in a tulip glass.
Pours a clear light copper color with a nice white head. Good retention and a bit of lacing. The nose brings forward some mild rye and accompanying spice. Black pepper in the background. Flavor is a bit more spicy and it's a bit distracting from the underlying smoothness.
Light-medium body with a nice crispness. Good carbonation. A solid brew all around, but could do with a little less pepper in the flavor and through the finish.
