This is one of Black Rock's highlights of their current lineup. Very tasty with citrus and spice notes throughout, and as it warmed it reminded me a lot of Hoegaarden. This is my first taste of a Saison, but based on it I would definitely come back for more. Worth a try next time you're in Wilkes-Barre.

Served as part of a sample tray at their brewpub. This beer stood out more than their other brews. It was a cloudy pale straw color with a lively white head. Very unique aroma to this one and one of the more flavorful Saisons I have ever had. Definite piney tones with rosemary, lemon and spices. The same flavors came through in the taste. Body was light and the beer was easy drinking. Somewhat sticky and sweet. Aslo leaves a bitter sourness on the tongue. A very unique beer. I liked it.
