Broue Pub Brouhaha "Cuvée Des Saveurs"
on tap at the brewery
Notes: Listed at 7.0% ABV. "Ambrée Belge". Very hazy deep amber with an orange cast. Frothy off-white head. Excellent head retention and lacing. The aroma is spicy, softly herbal, and delicately caramelish. Clean. The flavor follows adding spice, light yeasty phenols (plastic, dull clove), some yeast, and fruit (apricot, golden raisin, orange). The alcohol is well hidden. Medium-light in body and crisp. Very nicely done. Well rounded and balanced.

Festival Bière et Saveur 08.Blonde Belgian frm this up and coming brewpub. Light golden colour with white head, good head and ace. Lighter mouthfeel, bit of sour wheat is taste I am getting. A bit of orange taste. Some hoppiness but together with all else made it not so tasty to me. OK drinkable.
