On tap at Winter Warmer: Poured a deep black color ale with a small foamy head with light retention. Aroma of light roasted malt with light dry black chocolate notes with a strong vinous finish. Taste is also dominated by vinous notes with light tart notes and funky ester. The imperial stout side had pretty much disappeared. Body was about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Very interesting with loads of complexity while retaining some good drinkability factor. I would love to buy this in bottles.
