Cask. Sparkler used. Almost clear mid to dark amber with a narrow yet dense head.
Surprise! A sweet plummy smell.
A slightly sour flavour of underripe stoned fruit. A decent bitter hit to finish.
Lightly carbonated with a medium body.
A decent Christmas fruit beer.

Now styled as Christmas Plum Pudding. With a brick red colour and a wonderful plummy nose, this absolutely nails a plum beer for me. It has a really strong plum adn greengage flavour allied to some maltiness in the finish. Wonderful stuff from an unexpected source.
