Poured this 16.9 oz. brown bottle into a glass creating a pink frothy head. The body was pale grapefruit juice-colored.
The smell was tart fruitiness. Grape must. Grapes.
The taste was again - grapes. Rich, crisp bit of wheat and wild ale sourness. Sweetness from the grapes was nicely balanced with the fruity grape. Finished with a drying woodiness. This one was well built. I wish I had punched a few bottles, not just one.
The body was effervescent and medium in density. Very nice.
