Had one on tap today at the Brewing Station with my BBQ sandwich platter. Pours a bright, slightly hazy gold color with a medium white head. Average retention and good lacing.
Pleasant aroma, mostly lemon zest. Flavor features lemon zest but there is a little spiciness and, when the beer warms, a little sourness/musty flavor.
Mouthfeel is crisp and a little spicy. The lemon, sour/funky aspect and good carbonation mke this an interesting beer.
I like my Saisons with a heavy barnyard/funky aspect which this beer don't have, but I enjoyed it anyway. Has a lot going for it, even if it is not my ideal Saison profile
