Look: It pours amber with an off white head. There is a slight bit of haze, probably caused by the temperature of the beer.
Aroma: The first aroma impression is of herbs from the hops. In addition there is also a slight grassy note and some grain. As the beer warms, there is a cracker impression that appears.
Taste: The initial taste impression is that of herbs and grain. There is also a slight cracker type impression from the flavor as well. Even when it warms, the herbal quality of the hops takes center stage. with the cracker and grain in the background.
Feel: There is a moderate body on the light side with a moderately bitter finish. It also has moderate carbonation as well.
Overall this beer is herbal hop forward with grain and cracker in the background.

A: Pours a clear golden amber-ish copper in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation and moderate golden honey highlights. The beer has a three finger tall foamy beige head that slowly reduces to a medium to large sized half finger tall cap surrounded by a thick film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of earthy, herbal, and spicy hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of slightly sweet grainy malts.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of grainy malts with a light amount of sweetness. That is followed by just shy of moderate flavors of earthy + herbal hops with a light amount of spicy + pine hops which contributes a light amount of lingering bitterness.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation.
O: I was impressed that the mouthfeel was not watery for this "session" pale ale - so many of the "session" hoppy beers are really lacking in the mouthfeel. Easy to drink and enjoyable, maybe not my favorite hop combination but definitely a solid brew.
