A: Tons of thick sticky head though after the original pour there is little active carbonation visible in the beer, copper in color - 3.75, S: Extremely earthy and herbal, smells faintly like wet dirt, lots of dry malt aromas - 3.00, T: Noticeable pine and grapefruit on the tongue along with a very herbal like zest, slightly spicy, heavy malt base, I would accept this as an IPA but not a double IPA as so tagged - 2.75, M: A little sticky on the tongue - 4.00, D: An agreeable beer though it would really benefit from a jump start in the hops category if it wants to step into the league of the Imperials - 3.00
