22 oz bottle to Flying Goose tulip.
The appearance was transparent honey color with a mushrooming head that slid off fairly quick. Light speckled lace ran around the glass fairly nice.
The aroma had a wonderful blend of sweet hay, honeysuckle, red delicious apples, orange blossom, light herbal to floral sweet and grassy character then the honey itself coming across with a little bit of cracker malt. Slight sweet to semi-spicy Belgian yeastiness smelled really good.
The flavor moderately yielded to the sweetness of the entire blend - the hay, grassiness, honey, apples, orange blossom and floral character. Mild sweet yeasty to hay-like features in the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt good. Nice and smooth along my tongue. Delicate finish of the apples, hay, orange blossom, sweet to spicy yeastiness.
Overall, very nice saison well worthy of having again.

A nice, yeasty ale featuring undertones of honey sweetness.
Look- dark amber that gets cloudier as you pour the bottle
Smell- Yeast forward, sourdough cloves honeycomb
Taste- Front end is funky, yeast heavy. Some honey and white wine characters balances out the yeasty taste. Back end hops come out to add bitterness to the overall experience.
I would have liked the featured honey to stick out more, and for there to have been some more fruit complexity. Overall, a nice offering, but not extraordinary.
