The beer is clear deep straw to brass colored, has a white "soapy" head that leaves some lacing, small curtains.
Smelling fruity, apple, lemon, but also egg, soap and boiled vegetables.
Staring with white sweet bread, then apple juice, lemonade, a short sharp bitterness.
Medium low carbonation, fresh texture with a small body, a dry coarse finish.
Actually an interesting apple infusion, rather mellow but noticable. Good with a more bitter and less sweet "apple beer".

A: Pours clear amber with a creamy but rather small off-white head. Decent lacings.
S: Ripe apples (which are used in the brewing) dominates, but there is also some malt, semi-sweet and some bitter hops.
T: A bit acidic and dry, from the apples; both red and green. Bitter hops and some yeast. Malt is well hidden, or at least overpowered by the fruit.
M: Long fantastic bitter aftertaste, with lots of green apples as well. Body is medium and carbonation rather low.
O: A very interesting apple-infused ale, the feeling afterwards is that you get from eating an apple.
