16oz. can served in a willibecker. Pours a lovely translucent copper hue with a tight, quarter inch, cream-colored head. Nose is quite pleasant - light fruity esters dominate. Taste consistent with nose; however, it finishes with a little noble hops and some crackery malts. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body (closer to light) with an assertive carbonation that leaves a residual prickly across the tongue between quaffs. Overall, a really top notch example of the style in my opinion. Nice to see the classics.

Picked up a 4-pack of this at Lawson's during a visit during the last week of July ($15.00). Dove into a 16oz can today out in The 'Zebo after some weed-whacking.
Was a lovely, clear amber color. Had steady carbo, and a rocky, light tan head. Started at 1/2" and slowly ebbed, with some decent lace on the glass. Had a bready, toasty nose, with little in the way of hopping. Medium was the body, with a decently smooth feel.
Taste had more light bread, and toasty malt, with a smidge of caramel. Was subtly semisweet, but was delinquent in the hopping category. Nothing in the way of the typical florality, but, oddly, had a hint of lemongrass. A different, interesting take on the style. Prosit!!
