It's crazy how similar this and their Peach Sour look, appearing a near identical hue of hazy corn milk yellow. However, this does have a slightly taller, thicker and creamier white head, which itself leaves tall arms of lace over a persistent but fine microfiber blanket.
Taste sees creamy shortbread with its hint of vanilla almost emulate Orange Julius when the citrusy hops begin to accent, but in a subtle sort of way.
At the same time, I get a hint of bleu cheese influence from mild hop bitterness, and this was before we ordered the cheese board. Interesting.
