A: It pours a cloudy very pale yellow with no head.
S: limes and jerky
T: It's tart, with a touch of smoked meats and a bit of salt on the end. Its flavors are really interesting and hard to pin down.
M: crisp and thin
O: It's very interesting and tasty

Served chilled, from growler into a pint glass.

Nice clear gold color with half an inch of airy beige head that quickly recedes leaving light surface layer and lacing.

Strong vegetal aromas with hints of pine and citrus.

Flavors follow through from the aromas.

Light to moderate bodied with a fairly dry finish and moderate carbonation with mild aftertaste.

Overall, just an okay beer from an otherwise great brewery.

From a growler filled at the brewery. Clear light golden color with nearly no head. Amazing hop aroma like the bag I get from the homebrew shop. Piney, buttery, citrus, honey. Flavor is pure vegetal hop, some spice, and a bit of a dirty finish that reminds me of a lager or wheat beer. Hmmm. The spice from the hop is unique here but the finish is really sub par unfortunately. Light mouthfeel with adequate carbonation. Will pass on this next time, or maybe just sniff it a lot.
