On cask at the brewpub. Clear brownish orange amber pour with thick creamy head. Big fresh hop aroma with caramel, pine and grapefruit. Then more pine. No carbonation, being on cask, and pretty slick on the tongue. The hops and papaya integrate nicely, but the bitter is gone here. Sweet and malty with big raw hop notes and lots of sweet tropical fruit. Lingering sweet and pine on the palate. Nice treatment.
