On cask at the Brewpub. A murky light brown pour with small cream colored head. Aroma is super sweet with candy sugar and lots of pomegranate. Flat carbonation and smooth mouthfeel. Taste is big sweet pomegranate almost like straight juice. Not much else going on. I don’t get much Belgian yeast here but if you are looking for sweet, this is it. Relatively light for a Belgian strong ale. Not bad but a bit much on the fruit juice flavor.
