On draft as part of a flight at the brewery. Clear copper pour with a small ring of cream colored head. Aroma of big fruits: pears, apples, grapes, candy brown sugar. Flavor is much like a dubbel, big fruit, plums, pears, sweet brown sugars, and perhaps a bit of lingering apple. Medium mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Crisp finish and a nice spicy bite at the end that makes this easy to put down. This is a nice beer, and while not super exciting, I don't get the low ratings here.
