Ap - Copper, brilliant penny hue. White .5 finger head leaves decent lace.
Ar - Dank hops, wet, musty, yet bright, malt.
T - Mango, green hops, caramel malt, hint of pine. There's a slight aftertaste of cedar (not sure if it's the hops, unclean tap lines, or just my palate.)
M - Classic Cigar City IPA. Slick, smooth, easy going.
O - Would only be able to enjoy one of these. I'm not sold on the Mosaic hop craze if this is considered a good representation.

On draft at the brewery ad part of a flight. Clear deep copper pour with a one finger off white creamy head. Dank hop aroma, caramel malt, more big dank hops, earthy, grassy. Flavor follows the aroma closely with medium bitter, huge dank hops, some caramel malts, a bit of breadyness, then more earthy vegetal hops. Lingering dank hops on the palate. Slick mouthfeel with low to medium carb. Nice bite at the end. Not bad and a nice change up from other CCB IPAs.
