Pours a hazy dark orange color with lighter tangerine edges and one finger white foam head that quickly settles. Minimal spotty lacing left behind.
Sweet aroma with a balance of toast, light fruit, zesty spice and sweet malt. Carmel malt sweetness along with toffee, apple light pepper, bread and biscuit.
Fuller end of medium body with strong yeast flavors. Floral and almost perfume-like with sweet rose water and slight buttery Chardonnay presence. Toffee and biscuit malt with apple and pear estery sweetness. Slightly toasted with faint coriander black pepper. Decently balanced with well masked ABV. Sessionable with only faint boozy sweetness.
