Clean look. Green/grass coffee smell with can be typical of a unique cent am coffee. The taste is too acidic and kills the balance of flavor and mouthful that could be achieved with less astringency.

Tastes like chili pepper without the heat!

The rich coffee just doesn't mesh with the juicy, citrus forward Jai Alai base. Maybe a lighter roast would work better?

Very unique beer. Surprising amount of coffee smell and taste for a light style of beer. The coffee tends to overpower any major contribution from the hops. Hops are tasted mostly on the finish, but even there the bitterness of the coffee is fighting them. Overall, a very good beer and a very creative premise.
